    I am requesting an invitation to compete in the 2008 Bacardi Cup. If invited, I agree to
    comply with the event organizer's restrictions on advertising.
  2. Registration Fee:
    $100.00 USD (Received by 2/10/2008 -OR- $150.00 USD (Received after 2/10/2008),
    Payment made be made online (link provided after Request for Application is completed
    or by mailing in a check)
  3. Refunds:
    I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable unless the Organizing Authority
    chooses to reject my entry.
